• Record and update documents in county and state systems

• Operate in structured, deadline-driven environments

• Maintain accuracy in detailed work

I will:

• Seek mentorship from other county clerks

• Participate in training through the Nebraska Association of County Officials

• Study the responsibilities of the office in depth

• Invest in community relationships vital to the role
